Hauser multi-axis jig grinding machines are specially developed for applications requiring complex double curvature profiles where very high standards of surface finish and accuracy are essential. On display at IMTS will be the Hauser S35 jig grinder, which is ideal for super-finished applications where accuracy must not be compromised by anything more than a minimal amount of polishing.
Final inspection tests on the S35 consistently indicate a total deviation across the 20x12”/500x300mm table of only 0.000050”/1.25 microns. That’s simply incredible and makes this machine a must see at IMTS.
Production ID/OD Grinding Sensation
